The normal cost is:

$225.00/day of the week/month (morning or afternoon shift).

ie:

every Monday of the Month = $225 total for the month

• This is for an independent contractor which requires the therapist to have a business license as well as be licensed in the state of Washington Dept of Health in their modality.
