This is an excellent opportunity for experienced massage professionals who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and supporting the next generation of massage therapists. The ideal candidates are strong communicators, supportive leaders, and enthusiastic educators who are committed to student success and high-quality clinical education.
Primary Responsibilities May Include:
Instructing students in massage theory and hands-on practice Supervising student massage therapists in a clinical setting Assisting students with treatment planning, SOAP notes, and clinical documentation Coaching students on massage techniques, professionalism, and client communication Supporting clinic operations, including client flow, scheduling, and questions Ensuring a safe, professional, and educational clinic environment Contributing to the overall success and management of the student massage clinic
Schedule:
Part-time and/or variable hours depending on role and availability
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Washington State Massage Practitioner License Minimum of 3 years of combined professional and educational experience Strong background in clinical and rehabilitative massage techniques Experience supervising students or mentoring other practitioners preferred Massage clinic management experience a plus Passion for education, student development, and the massage profession
