We serve a steady mix of insurance-based and cash clients, providing consistent bookings without requiring you to market yourself or build a client base from scratch.

• Position Overview
• We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow alongside a developing clinic.

• Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, individualized massage therapy
• Work with a variety of clients (relaxation and clinically-focused)
• Complete clear and timely documentation (for insurance cases)
• Maintain a professional and reliable presence in the clinic
• Qualifications
• Active Washington State Massage Therapy License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
• Comfortable working in an insurance-based setting (or willing to learn)
• Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with treatment-focused or clinical massage
• Familiarity with SOAP notes or insurance documentation
