Company Overview Vancouver Rehabilitation and Therapy Clinic is a private outpatient rehabilitation facility established in 1984. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual patient needs, contributing to their overall wellness and pain management. Responsibilities:

Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and clearly explaining treatment procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with PTs, PTAs to coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Proven experience in patient assessment and delivering effective pain management therapies. Expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry standards.
