We foster a warm, collaborative culture where providers feel connected to one another and the larger mission of collaborative care. Our team includes five massage therapists with consistently full schedules and waitlists, and we're ready to add one more practitioner who shares our commitment to client care and positive teamwork. Our massage therapists draw from a variety of techniques and tools to meet each client where they are and we're looking for someone who shares that approach with warm towels, cupping, hot stones, therapeutic work, relaxation massage - whatever helps create the best experience and outcome for the client. Our massage rooms are large with lots of natural light and equipped with hi-lo tables, towel warmers, hot stones, cupping sets and essential oils - everything you need to give an exceptional massage. We take care of all marketing, billing, scheduling and filling your waitlist. We are especially proud of our massage team for being nominated Best of Clark County in both 2025 and 2026! What We Offer W-2 Employee Position Competitive pay: 50% commission, with established therapists typically earning approximately $44-$50 per hour worked, plus tips A strong referral base and high demand for massage in our community A dedicated front desk team that actively supports scheduling, patient communication, and waitlist management Most therapists build a consistent schedule within 30-60 days and are often booked out weeks to two months in advance Generous paid time off Complimentary massage treatments 50% off all other staff services, including acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, nutrition, and yoga Continuing education stipend

Responsibilities Provide high-quality, therapeutic massage therapy services to clients using modalities that include deep tissue, relaxation massage, cupping, hot stones and any additional techniques you offer Conduct thoughtful client assessments to determine individual needs and treatment preferences Maintain accurate treatment records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and office protocols Deliver exceptional customer service to support client satisfaction and retention Provide a full massage treatment with: 55-60 minutes hands-on time for a 60-minute visit 85-90 minutes hands-on time for a 90-minute visit Qualifications Valid WA State Massage Therapy License Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Proficient in client assessment and providing excellent patient care Experience with a variety of techniques that support both pain relief and deep relaxation Strong customer service skills Ready to Apply?
