We take care of all the behind-the-scenes work— scheduling, logistics, contract negotiation, and client communication —so you can focus on what you do best: showing up, delivering exceptional massages, and getting paid well for it. Independent contractor role All massage therapists work as independent contractors, giving you the flexibility to maintain other clients, gigs, or business ventures. Why Work With Us? Work in Great Environments Events are typically in professional office settings, employee appreciation events, or wellness fairs—low-stress and high-appreciation. No laundry, no room setup—just bring your chair and your skills. Competitive Pay Fair, transparent per-hour or per-event compensation. (You get paid whether you're booked or NOT!) Tips are yours to keep & paid breaks are often included. Low Commitment, High Reward No pressure to take on more than you want. A great way to diversify your income streams or keep your skills fresh between table sessions. Typical Schedule Most chair massage gigs take place Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, aligning with standard business hours. While the majority of opportunities fall during the weekday, we occasionally receive requests for evening or weekend events, which are completely optional and offered to those interested. What You'll Be Doing As an independent contractor with our chair massage team, your job is simple: show up, set up, and deliver exceptional massages to clients who are excited and grateful to see you. Here's what your typical event will look like:

Before each event, we'll email you everything you need to know—including the address, parking info, contact person, and massage duration for each client. No Payments toHandle :
All clients are pre-paid, so you won't need to deal with collecting money or tips (though tips are always appreciated and yours to keep).Bring Your Own Gear :
You'll bring your massage chair, face cradle covers, music (optional), and basic cleaning supplies. No linens or laundry required.Arrive Early, Stay Professional :
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get set up and ready to go.No SOAP Notes :

You'll provide 10- to 30-minute chair massages per person depending on the event—15-minute sessions are the most common. Do aQuick Intake :
Before each session, you'll do a brief check-in with each client to ask about pressure preferences, areas of tension, and anything to avoid. Who You Are You're a skilled massage therapist who takes pride in your work and loves helping people feel better—quickly and effectively. Our ideal contractor is someone who is: Licensed and insured to practice massage therapy in the state of Wisconsin Exceptionally reliable —you understand that showing up on time (or early) is non-negotiable. If you're late or miss a gig, it reflects on the whole team. Friendly and professional , with great people skills and a background in customer service (even better if you love chatting with people while you work!) Confident in offering firm to deep pressure , as this is a common request in chair massage sessions Comfortable in a faster-paced setting , with back-to-back sessions and minimal downtime Adaptable and easygoing , able to walk into a new location with new clients and instantly create a calm, professional presence What We Offer We value the work you do and believe in creating a supportive, flexible environment where you can thrive as an independent contractor. Here's what you can expect when you work with us: Competitive Pay Earn $48-$60 per hour, depending on your experience, the type of event, and the specific gig details. Pay often includes paid breaks, and you're compensated for the full time you're on-site—even if you're not fully booked. Keep All Your Tips Clients love chair massage and often show their appreciation, tips go directly to you. Flexible Scheduling You choose which gigs to accept. Work as much or as little as you want, and scale your availability up or down at any time. Weekly Pay Get paid every Friday for completed gigs. (Note:
