Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management strategies when necessary. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and occupational health guidelines. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your skills. Requirements Proven experience in patient service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management. Proficiency in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor dedicated to exceptional customer service. Valid state licensure or certification as required by local regulations for massage therapists.
