Licensed Massage Therapist

Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to each client's needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on pain management strategies, post-treatment care, and wellness practices Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information using proper medical terminology Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to OSHA occupational health standards and sanitation protocols Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing questions, and ensuring client comfort throughout each session Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing education, especially in areas like physiology knowledge and med spa procedures Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy Familiarity with anatomy knowledge, physiology concepts, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Previous work in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally Knowledge of occupational health standards and sanitation practices necessary for maintaining a safe treatment environment Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values your skills and passion for healing.
