Flexible scheduling - choose the weekdays and time that work best for you Sundays off - the office is closed Some Saturdays required; office closes at 1:00 PM on Saturdays Competitive commission structure: 55% commission on spa-provided clients 70% commission on clients you personally bring in Typical earnings on spa-provided clients (55% commission) range from approximately $27 to $60 per session before tips , depending on service length. ($27 is for 30 minute sessions ) Most therapists earn within this range under the 55% structure, with additional earning potential at 70% commission when bringing in your own clients.
