We specialize in creating personalized care and unforgettable experiences for everyone who walks through our doors. We are undergoing expansion and are looking to add licensed massage therapists to our practice!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, attentive, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This role includes providing customized massage treatments, including lymphatic massage, along with body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and lotion applications. Training for lymphatic massage can be provided if needed. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform customized massage services based on client needs and treatment goals Provide lymphatic massage, relaxation massage, and specialty body treatments Apply and remove body wraps, body scrubs, and lotions professionally and safely Conduct client consultations and review health history prior to treatments Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow all sanitation and safety protocols Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client comfort throughout each visit Recommend appropriate wellness or self-care treatments when applicable Assist with spa operations, administrative tasks, and team support as needed

Qualifications:

Current Massage Therapy license/certification in accordance with state regulations Completion of an accredited massage therapy program Experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of multiple massage modalities preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical treatments throughout the day Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and scheduling software skills Positive attitude, polished appearance, and strong work ethic Interest in skincare, wellness, and social media is a HUGE plus!

Position Details:
