Responsibilities Perform deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain and promote healing Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop customized treatment plans Collaborate closely with chiropractors to support treatment goals and ensure cohesive patient care Educate patients on self-care practices, occupational health, and injury prevention strategies Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and therapy outcomes Ensure a welcoming, professional environment that prioritizes exceptional patient service and comfort Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to continually enhance your skills Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with specialization in chiropractic or therapeutic massage preferred Proven experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health Excellent patient service skills with a friendly, empathetic demeanor Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and adapt treatments accordingly Prior experience in med spa or occupational health settings is a plus Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
