Certified Medical Assistant Full Job Description Certified Medical Assistant Duties:

• Collaborate with office manager to ensure clinic needs are being met
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Stay up to date with medical terminology, coding, and documentation requirements
• Provide guidance and support while training new staff members in their professional development
• Maintain procedures for daily running of the clinic to include always striving to meet the needs of patients and physicians.
• Maintain staff decorum and ensure professionalism at all times.

Experience:

• Minimum of [2] years of experience in a clinical role
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
• Experience working with individuals with variety of staff experiences
• Familiarity with clinic policies and procedures
