Summary:
Works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to provide assistive care and communication for patients and their families in outpatient specialty clinics, as well as support for team members, professional and technical staff, and visitors. Provides safe, age-appropriate care and contributes to efficient clinic operations.
Other information:
Candidate must have at least one of the following: Six months of patient care experience within the last two years. Enrolled in a medical related college program and in clinical rotation. CNA,CMA, PCT or EMT certification. Credentials with

1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Patient Care Support or any of the following equivalent qualifications below: Certified Nursing Assistant Certified Medical Assistant AAMA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Certified Medical Assistant ARMA Certified Patient Care Technician Certified Emergency Medical Technician ADPH General Surgery Clinic We offer comprehensive general and specialized surgical care for neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent patients. Our board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric surgeons are dedicated exclusively to the treatment of surgical conditions in children, from routine procedures to highly complex cases. Areas of expertise include hernias, undescended testes, neonatal surgery, cancer surgery, venous and feeding tube access, biliary disorders, ECMO, trauma, burns, chest and lung conditions, and minimally invasive procedures. With a high-volume practice and commitment to teaching the next generation of physicians, our team delivers expert care in a child-friendly environment tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Plastic Surgery and Cleft Lip/Palate Program The Plastic Surgery Clinic focuses on reconstructive care for children with cleft lip/palate, craniofacial anomalies, vascular malformations, and congenital conditions of the head, neck, and hand. A full range of reconstructive procedures and corrective surgeries—such as otoplasty and rhinoplasty—is available. Our multidisciplinary team provides care from birth through adolescence, with 24/7 surgical consultation. Specialized clinics include
