Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support physicians and clinical staff by performing both administrative and clinical duties to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs and medical histories Assist physicians during exams and procedures Administer medications and injections as directed Perform basic lab tests and collect specimens Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Handle front desk duties such as answering phones and verifying insurance
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and EHR system proficiency
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
