The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position offers the opportunity to support women's health services and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information. Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during exams and minor procedures. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens according to office protocols. Administer injections, medications, and immunizations as directed and permitted by state regulations. Provide patient education and follow-up instructions. Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared for patient visits. Adhere to HIPAA and all patient confidentiality requirements. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred Previous experience in an OB/GYN, women's health, or specialty practice. Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program. Experience with lab specimen collection and processing. Bilingual skills are a plus.
