We are looking for a good team player joining us as a Medical Assistant/Floater, who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This energetic position combines clinical support with both medical assistant and receptionist responsibilities, offering a rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Duties Assist patients in check-in & check-out process Answer phone calls or questions from patients in person properly & cordially when needed Schedule & manage appointments correctly under guidance when needed Assist practitioners during treatments and remove needles for patients after treatments Demonstrate outstanding communication skills in a dynamic work environment Prepare and clean treatment rooms and any medical instruments when needed Handle other ad hoc tasks diligently when needed Be punctual at work and can stay flexible when needed Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations Skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and assertive attitude as a team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive mindset and knowing how to provide assistance when needed Positive and bright attitude working with other staff Certified medical assistant preferred 2 or more years of related experiences preferred
