Mobile, AL Job Details 2 days ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Medical assisting Full Job Description The Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support within the OB/Women's Health office setting. This position assists providers with patient care, prepares patients for examinations, performs basic clinical procedures, and supports efficient office operations while maintaining a positive patient experience. The Medical Assistant works collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required .
Qualifications:
Validation of a high school diploma or equivalent required . Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required . Current Medical Assistant certification required . Previous physician office, OB/Women's Health, or clinic experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
