Position Overview We are seeking a clinically minded, detail-oriented, compassionate team member who wants to be part of a functional medicine environment. This role may be a good fit for a medical assistant, LPN, RN, phlebotomist, clinical assistant, scribe, or experienced healthcare team member who enjoys both patient care and behind-the-scenes clinical support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, communicating with patients, staying organized, and being part of a team that is trying to change the healthcare experience. Possible Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, depending on experience and licensure: Patient intake and clinical history documentation Recording vitals and preparing patients for visits Clinical scribing and chart support Phlebotomy IV therapy preparation and clinical support Assisting with in-office procedures and therapies Responding to patient inquiries through phone, portal, text, or email Sending prescriptions or prescription refill requests as directed by providers Managing referrals, prior authorizations, and clinical paperwork Coordinating lab results, follow-up instructions, and patient education Supporting providers and nurses with daily clinical workflow Maintaining a clean, organized, professional clinical environment Helping patients feel cared for, informed, and supported What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Warm, professional, and service-minded Highly organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure A strong communicator Excited about functional medicine, wellness, and root-cause healthcare Comfortable learning new systems and clinical processes A team player who enjoys helping others succeed Dependable, coachable, and proactive Committed to excellence and patient experience Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred but not required for every candidate: Functional medicine, integrative medicine, wellness, or concierge-style care Medical assisting Nursing Phlebotomy IV therapy support Scribing Why Join Us?
