This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and patient experience. What You'll Do Room patients and obtain vitals Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Assist providers during aesthetic procedures Set up, operate, and break down laser and energy-based devices (training provided) Apply topical numbing agents per protocol Provide post-treatment instructions and patient education Take pre- and post-procedure photos Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment Support daily clinic flow and patient experience Who We're Looking For Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (preferred) Experience in medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics strongly preferred Polished, professional appearance and demeanor Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude
