Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide support in various medical settings, including hospitals, urgent care facilities, and internal medicine practices. This role requires a strong foundation in medical administrative tasks, anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and coding.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform medical administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician
- Provide patient education on medications and treatments
- Handle patient inquiries and ensure efficient flow of the clinic
