Job Description

Ankle & Foot Centers of Mid-America (Dr. Bryan M. Sheehan) is a growing podiatric practice with locations in Grove, Oklahoma and Bentonville, Arkansas. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, supportive, and fast-paced environment. We are proud to have been voted Best of NWA in 2023, 2024, and 2025—an achievement made possible by our outstanding staff. We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about patient care and eager to continue learning and growing in a clinical setting. This position may involve travel between our Grove, OK and Bentonville, AR locations (paid travel time provided). We also welcome part-time candidates who prefer to work in a single location.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate daily patient flow, assisting with exams, procedures, and documentation Manage medical supply inventory, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining appropriate stock levels Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements Serve as a liaison between the provider, staff, and patients to support clear communication and coordinated care Educate patients on procedures, as well as pre- and post-operative care instructions and treatment plans
