Clinical Support Specialist:

You'll be: Updating patient charts and ensuring records are accurate Identifying errors in documentation and submitting correction requests Processing incoming office mail and general correspondence Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assisting with quarterly inventory processes Contacting doctor offices and patients as needed to coordinate care or clarify information Supporting overall office operations as a key team member Entering patient information into computer systems and auditing charts Generating reports, storing completed work, and performing backup operations Responding to queries for information and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Complying with data integrity and security policies This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma (required) Have experience in a medical administrative or healthcare office setting Are proficient with MS Office and comfortable working with dual monitors Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills Are detail-oriented and able to identify and correct documentation errors Can professionally handle confidential information Are comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment Are available to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Can adhere to a dress code of scrubs or business casual attire Are motivated, reliable, and have strong attendance What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
