Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care! In this position, you will support both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming environment for patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics and urgent care facilities. What you'll do Assist healthcare providers with CLIA waive testing and vital signs Provide basic life support as needed Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient information accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure seamless patient transitions Maintain knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively communicate with patients about their care Experience Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical setting is preferred Familiarity with hospital medicine, urgent care, or trauma center environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding practices Ability to demonstrate excellent patient service skills and compassion towards patients of all ages Why you'll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
