REQUIREMENTS

•CMA/RMA + Education + Completion of high school or its equivalent and CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT). Knowledge of computer software such as Windows, Office and Internet use. Ability to perform support activities in patient care as required through completion of an CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT) Certification Examination. + Experience + The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, with responsibilities including direct patient care, rooming patients, assisting with procedures, and other intake elements. Candidates must demonstrate competency in patient care and safety practices. Previous experience in a clinic or outpatient setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced clinic environment are essential. + Physical + This is a safety sensitive position. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping and reaching. Occasional stress related to patient load. + JOB SUMMARY + Responsible for performing assigned patient care activities and assisting licensed nursing personnel. Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, licensed nurse, licensed physician, or designee. Incumbents are subject to overtime and call-back as required by facility. •LPN + Education + Current licensure or permit as a Practical Nurse in the state of Arkansas. + Experience + Knowledge of clinic policies\procedures, practices, techniques, and equipment as acquired through orientation. Knowledge of computer software such as Windows, Office and internet use. + Physical + This is a safety sensitive position. Assists the clinical supervisor or licensed physician in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for the patients as appropriate. Documents condition, treatments, and care giving.
