Job Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Medical Assistant to join our Chandler Corporate Office. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to our Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants serving patients across 70+ outpatient clinics, as well as virtual and mobile care platforms. As an integral part of our care team, you'll ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience — allowing our providers to focus on what matters most: quality care. Responsibilities Support patient care operations through accurate data entry and documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Coordinate scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification Assist with billing and coding support as needed Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of patient information Communicate professionally with patients, families, and clinical staff to facilitate seamless care Provide outstanding customer service and uphold MY DR NOW's commitment to accessible, compassionate healthcare Skills & Qualifications Medical Assistant experience in Primary Care preferred Strong administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Comfortable navigating technology and medical office software A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for healthcare and entrepreneurial spirit Who We Are
