Job Description

Job Summary Join our growing healthcare team as a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist at The Diamond Standard, a boutique health optimization clinic in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you'll provide essential clinical and administrative support to our provider, helping deliver an exceptional patient experience across hormone optimization, metabolic health, peptide therapy, and IV wellness services. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to grow their skills in a specialized, fast-paced outpatient setting while working closely with an experienced provider. Duties Assist the provider with patient intake, including collecting medical histories, vitals, and relevant clinical information prior to appointments Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and prepare lab specimens for outside laboratory processing Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked exam rooms Support a range of clinical services including hormone therapy, metabolic/weight management treatment, peptide therapy, and IV therapy Accurately document patient encounters and maintain records within the practice's EHR system Ensure timely provider review of incoming lab results and clinical documentation Coordinate with pharmacies on prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative support as needed Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and clinical protocol standards Requirements Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred; experience in a specialty, aesthetics, or outpatient clinic setting a plus Certification in phlebotomy or equivalent hands-on blood draw experience Working knowledge of medical terminology and EHR/EMR systems Current BLS certification Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, providers, and outside partners Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment A proactive, dependable team player comfortable working in a small-practice setting Must be able to work on-site at our Chandler, AZ location We're building a dedicated, growing team at a clinic focused on delivering the highest standard of personalized care. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
