Medical Assistant - Chandler & Ahwatukee, AZ Join Our Growing Specialty Practice We are a well-established specialty practice with locations in Chandler and Ahwatukee , seeking a dedicated and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires alternating workdays between our Chandler and Ahwatukee offices. About the Position We are looking for a Medical Assistant who brings: A strong work ethic and commitment to quality care Excellent customer service and communication skills A friendly, empathetic, and professional patient manner The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude Key Responsibilities Assist providers with clinical and administrative tasks Ensure an organized, efficient patient flow Perform accurate documentation and maintain medical records Provide outstanding patient interaction and support Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency with basic computer programs ( Word, Excel, Outlook ) Accurate typing and data entry skills Understanding of basic medical terminology Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing needs Compensation Salary is based on experience. Competitive compensation offered for candidates with strong skills and professionalism.
