What You'll Do:
Front Office :
Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, verify insurance, and handle other administrative tasks. Back Office /
Clinical :
Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, assist providers, give injections , draw blood (phlebotomy) , perform EKGs, and handle basic lab duties. Support smooth clinic flow by working in both front and back office as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure excellent patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred Phlebotomy and injection experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Previous outpatient/clinic experience is a plus Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Why Join?
