Benefits What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on support across all Medical Assistant functions, including clinic coverage Coordinate daily MA schedules and ensure balanced workload distribution Monitor team performance and assist the Office Manager with training, onboarding, and workflow consistency Lead quality assurance efforts, including competency checks and Standard of Care audits Serve as the first point of contact for MA-related concerns from patients and staff Oversee MA inboxes, voicemails, portal messages, and prescription lines to ensure timely follow-up Support inventory management and office supply coordination Promote a positive, team-oriented culture through mentorship and accountability
What We're Looking For:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)- •Only candidates who currently hold a valid Medical Assistant certification or the ability to obtain w/in 90 days will be considered•3+ years of MA experience in a fast-paced setting Medical oncology experience preferred Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable personality EMR experience and computer proficiency a plus Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset and a passion for oncology care Why Join Us?
