Four 10-hour shifts About Us Balance Hormone Center provides comprehensive hormone replacement therapy and wellness services for men and women. We are a growing clinic focused on compassionate, efficient, and patient-centered care. We are opening a new clinic in Litchfield Park in early July and are seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical operations and contribute to high-quality patient care. Position Overview The Medical Assistant supports providers in delivering patient care and ensures efficient back-office operations. This role includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Administer injections and assist with IV procedures Perform patient intake, triage, and chart preparation Obtain lab specimens and complete requisitions accurately Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures Monitor patient status and alert provider of concerns Assist with medication administration under provider supervision Maintain accurate documentation in

EMR Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) Phlebotomy experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Medical Assistant experience Experience with EMR systems Training & Start Date This role is expected to start in early June ahead of our clinic opening in early July. Training will be conducted over a four-week period prior to the clinic opening. Training will take place at one or more of our established clinic locations (Gilbert, Chandler, and/or Scottsdale). A $500 training bonus will be provided to help offset additional commute costs associated with traveling to these locations. Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Do you have experience with hormone therapy, weight management, or wellness-based care? If not, what interests you about this area of medicine? How do you prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment when supporting both patients and providers? What EMR systems have you used, and how comfortable are you with clinical documentation and charting? This role requires training at other Valley locations for four weeks prior to our early July opening.
