We are looking for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This position plays a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring an efficient, positive experience for every patient. Monday-Friday | No Nights | No Weekends | No Call Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) Collect and process urine specimens Obtain and document vital signs, including blood pressure Prepare patients for provider visits Answer incoming calls and return patient calls with provider instructions Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures as directed by the provider Scan, fax, and file medical records and other clinical documentation Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) Assist providers with daily clinical workflow Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Support the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day Qualifications Required Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in a medical or professional office setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Preferred Experience in pain management or another specialty practice Phlebotomy experience Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus Benefits Eligible after the introductory probationary period: Health insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution 401(k) retirement plan Long-term disability insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick leave Paid holidays Supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth Compensation Starting pay: $18.00-$20.00+ per hour , depending on experience (DOE) Competitive compensation with opportunities for growth How to Apply Qualified candidates should submit: Current resume Desired hourly pay We are looking for a reliable, patient-focused Medical Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced practice and is committed to providing outstanding patient care.
