We're seeking a certified Medical Assistant dedicated to clinical excellence and providing a positive patient experience. This role is ideal for an adaptable, detail-oriented MA who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a practice that's expanding. Current Practice Environment We're currently operating from a professional medical suite while our permanent, larger office space is being prepared. This temporary arrangement provides excellent patient care in a modern setting and positions our team for exciting growth ahead. Position Details Schedule:

Full-time, Non-exempt Start Date:
Immediate opening Your Responsibilities Perform patient vitals, intake assessments, and health histories Execute phlebotomy and blood draws Administer injections (IM, SubQ) and IV therapy Assist providers during patient visits and procedures Prepare and maintain exam rooms to clinical standards Process laboratory specimens and maintain clinical supplies Document all clinical activities in EMR system
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide coverage for team members during absences Adapt flexibly between clinical and administrative duties as needs shift Contribute ideas for practice improvements and patient experience Required Qualifications Current CMA or RMA certification CMA certification is awarded by American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) RMA certification is awarded by American Medical Technologists (AMT) Minimum 2 years medical assisting experience Proficiency in EMR systems and medical office software Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy, injections, and vital signs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Adaptability and comfort with change Self-directed and able to work independently Professional demeanor and patient-focused attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience in integrative, functional, or naturopathic medicine Cash-pay or concierge medicine background Knowledge of hormone optimization and wellness protocols IV therapy certification or experience Compensation & BenefitsBase Compensation Starting hourly rate: $20-24/hour based on experience 90-day probationary period with rate increase upon successful completion Annual salary reviews with merit-based increases Bi-weekly pay schedule
Performance Earnings Commission:
10% on services and products you upsell and perform (injections, IVs, procedures, skincare, supplements) Annual performance bonus based on clinical and administrative metrics, production goals, and practice growth
Time Off Vacation Time:
Accrued at 0.038 hours per hour worked (approximately 79 hours/year)
Sick Time:
Accrued at 0.033 hours per hour worked (approximately 65 hours/year)

Estimated Total First-Year Compensation:
