We are a growing, patient-centered pain management practice seeking a dependable and motivated Traveling Medical Front Desk Receptionist / Medical Assistant (Float) / Procedure Scheduler to support our clinics throughout the Valley. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and willing to travel between clinic locations to assist with front office operations, clinical support, and procedure scheduling. Responsibilities Front Desk Welcome and check in/check out patients professionally. Collect co-pays. Schedule appointments. Update patient demographics and maintain accurate medical records. Scan and upload documents into the electronic medical record (EMR). Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality. Medical Assistant (Float) Room patients and obtain vital signs. Prepare patients for examinations and in-office procedures. Assist providers during patient visits. Document patient information accurately in the EMR. Clean, stock, and maintain exam rooms. Float between clinic locations to provide coverage as needed. Procedure Scheduler Schedule injections, procedures, imaging, and follow-up appointments. Coordinate with surgery centers, imaging facilities, and referring providers. Ensure required documentation is complete. Educate patients regarding procedure preparation and post-procedure instructions. Maintain provider schedules and communicate scheduling updates. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required. Minimum one year of experience in a medical office preferred. Experience with EMR systems and medical scheduling. Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
