Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. As a Medical Assistant, you will support physicians and healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative duties that ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service. Your energetic approach and dedication will help create a welcoming environment for all patients and staff. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake by collecting comprehensive medical histories and documenting current health concerns Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to monitor patient health status Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout their visit Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately to document patient information, test results, and treatment plans Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures, and offering compassionate support during visits Qualifications Prior experience in outpatient clinic preferred Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and pharmacology to effectively assist in clinical tasks Familiarity with EHR systems and ICD coding practices to ensure accurate documentation Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings such as urgent care or hospital medicine Excellent communication skills to provide outstanding patient care and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
