Benefits What You'll Do:
Prepare and sanitize exam rooms before and between patients Room patients and record vital signs and assessments Manage patient charts and electronic medical records (EMR) Handle phone calls, referrals, and patient result notifications Set up orders for transfusions, hospital admissions, phlebotomy, and more Monitor prescription folders and assist with drug replacement programs Coordinate special testing and physician requests
What We're Looking For:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)- •Only candidates who currently hold a valid Medical Assistant certification or the ability to obtain w/in 90 days will be considered•1-2 years of MA experience in a fast-paced setting Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable personality EMR experience and computer proficiency a plus Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset and a passion for oncology care Why Join Us?
