Part Time Office Assistant Four Peaks Neurology - 2.0 Scottsdale, AZ Job Details Part-time $16 - $21 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Vital signs Interpersonal skills HIPAA Medical scheduling Full Job Description Four Peaks Neurology is currently seeking a part-time medical assistant to aid our doctors. There is one position available at the moment. This position requires a motivated team player with customer service skills. Experience working in a medical office is a plus, but it is not determinative. On-site training will be provided.
Duties Include:
Greeting patients. Answering phones. Scheduling appointments. Responding to patient portal communications. Taking and recording vitals (if necessary). Maintaining a clean work environment. Maintaining accurate, HIPPA compliant, patient records. Obtaining prior authorizations.
Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
