Monday- Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Overview We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Internal Medicine team. The ideal candidate is patient‑focused, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering high‑quality clinical support in a fast‑paced outpatient setting. This role is essential to ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical history accurately in the paper chart and EMR, take photo of patient for chart Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments Administer medications and injections per provider orders and within scope of practice Perform point‑of‑care testing, specimen collection, wound care, ear lavage and basic lab procedures Manage patient communication, including phone calls, portal messages, and follow‑up instructions Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supply levels Support care coordination, referrals, and prior authorizations Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations Qualifications Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or equivalent) High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited MA program required Current BLS certification Experience in Internal Medicine or primary care preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and patient‑service skills Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
