We are dedicated to providing comprehensive cardiovascular care with a focus on patient-centered treatment and clinical excellence. Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical support roles within diverse clinical settings, including outpatient and inpatient environments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while supporting the smooth operation of our cardiology practice. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, and temperature. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and compliance with safety protocols. Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently, including documentation of patient encounters and ICD coding for diagnoses. Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling insurance documentation. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment adhering to infection control standards and safety regulations.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
