Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Back Office Medical Assistant to join our ophthalmology practice. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in healthcare. No prior experience is required - we provide full training.
Responsibilities:
Assist doctors with patient exams and procedures Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinic flow Record patient history and basic information Perform diagnostic testing (OCT, Visual Field, fundus imaging) Provide post-operative instructions to patients Submit prior authorizations to insurance companies
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (required) Korean language skills strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take initiative We are looking for someone dependable who can commit to the schedule and grow with our team.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
