At our Foothill Ranch location, we're looking for an experienced Medical Assistant with 2+ years of both front and back office experience to join our growing team. Position Overview As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent care. You'll assist providers with clinical procedures, support patients through their visits, and handle essential front office duties. Location Requirement Candidates must live near 631 S. Brookhurst St. Suite 101 Anaheim, CA 92804 or be willing to reliably commute.

Responsibilities Front Office:

Greet and check in patients, verify insurance, and process intake forms Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Handle phone inquiries and assist with billing/coding accuracy

Back Office:

Take vitals, medical histories, and assist providers with exams Perform injections, wound care, EKGs, and blood draws Prepare and maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment Ensure accurate charting and EMR documentation in compliance with HIPAA Qualifications 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience (front & back office required) BLS Certification (required, or ability to obtain) CMA certification preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced urgent care environment Schedule & Pay Full-time (40+ hours per week) 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends

Pay:
