8:00 AM•5:00 PM Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant in a medical environment Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills Experience using Epic electronic medical records (EMR) system Responsibilities Schedule appointments, coordinate conference rooms, and organize travel arrangements for individuals, groups, or departments Provide general information to internal and external clients, answer and direct phone calls, and route inquiries appropriately Distribute and disseminate information within the department and/or unit Prepare, format, and type correspondence, documents, reports, memos, meeting minutes, and presentation materials Scan, copy, and maintain records, department files, and other printed materials Compile basic reports and ensure documentation is accurately maintained
Pay:
$29.00•$31.00 per hour
