Looking for a.... Back Office Medical Assistant (ENT)
Location:
Beverly Hills, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Compensation:
$28-30 per hour DOE Direct Hire position!! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Back Office Medical Assistant to join a busy ENT practice in Beverly Hills. This position plays a key role in supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring patients receive exceptional care in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and maintain exam rooms between patients
  • Stock and organize medical supplies and treatment rooms
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
  • Assist with ordering and inventory management of medical supplies
  • Accurately document patient information in the EMR system
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
  • Confirm appointments and support daily scheduling needs
  • Communicate culture and laboratory results to patients as directed by providers
  • Educate patients regarding bacterial infections and provide medication instructions per provider guidance
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance procedures and authorizations
  • Assist with patient flow to ensure efficient and timely care
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support quality patient outcomes Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of Back Office Medical Assistant experience, preferably in ENT, specialty care, or a fast-paced medical practice
  • Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication and patient service skills
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and medical office workflows
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
