About the
Role:
A prestigious, high-end plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. This position requires a polished presence, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide white-glove service in a discreet and luxury-focused environment. Responsibilities Assist surgeon(s) and providers during in-office procedures and consultations Prepare exam rooms, maintain surgical instruments, and ensure sterilization protocols Perform pre- and post-operative patient care, including vitals, charting, and recovery support Coordinate patient flow efficiently while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment Manage medical documentation, charting, and EMR updates with precision Support the office in maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and patient discretion Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver seamless, five-star patient experiences Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent training required Minimum 2+ years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or a luxury medical setting Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to reassure and guide patients through procedures Impeccable professionalism, discretion, and appearance suited to a luxury practice Proficiency in EMR systems (experience with PatientNow and Mod Med is a plus) What We Offer Opportunity to work in one of Beverly Hills' most exclusive medical environments Competitive compensation commensurate with experience A supportive team culture focused on excellence, discretion, and patient care Exposure to advanced procedures, techniques, and luxury-level service standards How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience in high-end medical or surgical practices.
