We are seeking a Medical Assistant to teach, motivate and prepare our students with creativity to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career. There is strong potential for growth and advancement within our team. Job Responsibilities Teaching, mentoring, and motivating, students in a lab setting and in the classroom, using company-approved curriculum, varying from vital signs/triage, injections, and any other back office duties. Must be able to defuse conflict between students, if needed. Participate in various administrative duties such as attending faculty meetings, accurately recording grades and attendance. Must be a very energetic, enthusiastic, and able to multitask well. Must be a confident and caring person Must have flexibility with working a split shift, coming in earlier or possibly staying later if needed. Must have reliable transportation and able to show up On-Time with no Excessive Absences. Moderate to excessive absences &/or showing up late

Job Requirements and Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Medical Assistant Must be a licensed medical assistant (preferred) Experience with EKGs, Phlebotomy and Medical Terminology and back office duties Primary Care or Urgent Care Experience a must Front and back office experience Prior teaching experience preferred but not required Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills Basic Computer skills necessary

Monday-Thursday; Split Shifts from 8:00 AM
