We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are looking for a Medical Assistant who shares our passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, occasional weekends
Location:
Los Angeles Area Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection Prepare and process laboratory samples Conduct front office duties including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and phone calls Perform back office duties including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, and preparing exam rooms Assist providers during patient visits and procedures Administer injections under provider supervision and within scope of practice Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) Provide patient education regarding medications, injections, and treatment plans as directed by providers Maintain inventory of medical supplies and medications Follow infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations Ensure clinic cleanliness and organization throughout the day Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred Minimum 1-2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills required Experience with front and back office medical operations Knowledge of laboratory procedures and CLIA-waived testing Experience administering injections under supervision Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and strong bedside manner Ability to multitask and work independently Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality requirements Basic computer skills and EMR/EHR experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in Men's Health, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), or hormone optimization Experience in medical weight loss programs Familiarity with peptide therapies and wellness treatments Experience with prior authorizations and insurance verification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Skills We Value Compassionate patient care Reliability and punctuality Team-oriented attitude Professional communication Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinic Positive and energetic personality
