We are looking for a highly adaptable, fast-moving, detail-oriented Assistant to Founder who can operate across multiple areas of the business and help bring ideas into execution quickly. This is not a standard assistant role. This person should be entrepreneurial, polished, organized, confident with people, and capable of stepping into operations, sales, social media, front desk support, client experience, and day-to-day logistics as needed. Role Overview You will work directly with the founder to support daily operations, business growth, client experience, marketing execution, and overall company organization. The ideal candidate is someone who: Thrives in fast-paced environments Learns quickly Can wear multiple hats Has strong communication and sales ability Understands luxury hospitality and aesthetics/wellness culture Can anticipate needs before being asked Is equally comfortable helping with a client consultation, creating content, organizing logistics, or solving operational problems ResponsibilitiesFounder & Executive Support Manage schedules, meetings, and operational priorities Help coordinate projects, launches, events, and partnerships Organize follow-ups and keep moving pieces aligned Assist with vendor coordination and business logistics Help execute ideas quickly and efficiently Front Desk & Client Experience Support front desk operations and client communication Welcome and check in clients Coordinate appointments and scheduling Ensure elevated luxury client experience throughout the clinic Assist with intake and follow-up processes Sales & Consultations Conduct consultations for aesthetic and wellness services Educate clients on treatment plans, memberships, packages, GLP-1 programs, peptides, laser services, and regenerative offerings Build trust and help convert leads into long-term clients Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Support revenue growth through client experience and sales Social Media & Brand Support Assist with social media posting and content coordination Capture behind-the-scenes content, treatments, events, and lifestyle moments Help coordinate shoots, influencer collaborations, and campaigns Support content planning for Instagram, TikTok, and marketing channels Maintain brand consistency and elevated visual presentation Operations & General Support Handle day-to-day operational tasks and problem solving Support inventory organization and clinic flow Assist with onboarding systems and internal organization Help improve workflows and efficiency Step into different roles as business needs evolve Ideal Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, proactive, and highly adaptable Comfortable in sales and client-facing environments Interest in aesthetics, wellness, luxury hospitality, or regenerative medicine Social media/content creation experience preferred Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative Professional appearance and polished presence Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, concierge, or startup environments is a plus Preferred Traits High emotional intelligence Naturally resourceful Solution-oriented Creative and detail-focused Comfortable working closely with leadership Able to think independently and move quickly Passionate about health, beauty, wellness, and personal growth Compensation Compensation is dependent on experience and may include: Base hourly or salary compensation Performance incentives and sales commissions Growth opportunities within the company Access to treatments and wellness perks
