Job Description

Certified medical assistant for front and back office in concierge internal medicine practice.
Who we are:
Small concierge practice with personalized care for adults of all ages. Our goals are to provide top-drawer medical care along with time, continuity and customer service.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Duties include:
Back office including vital signs, injections, simple lab procedures, patient call-backs, keeping rooms tidy/stocked. Front office including registering patients, scheduling, answering phones/taking messages, prior-authorizations/referrals, ordering supplies, faxing, filing.
Required skills/habits include:
Punctuality, attention to detail, computer skills, excellent grammar/verbal and written communication, outstanding customer service skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, capacity to bend, climb step-ladder and lift up to 20 pounds. Compensation includes salary, vacation, sick leave, health care, 401K.
