Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage patient phone calls with professionalism and compassion Schedule appointments and follow up with patients Assist with front and back office duties Turn over exam rooms efficiently between patients Maintain and restock office and medical supplies Ensure the office stays organized, clean, and fully operational Support administrative tasks and daily office flow

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive, proactive attitude Prior medical office experience preferred (fertility or surgical experience is a plus) Why Join Us?

Work in a supportive, high-level practice focused on advanced surgical care and fertility treatment, where patient care and teamwork are our top priorities. We are a team of 1 physician, 1 PA and 2 medical assistants. Small office , with highly specialized and compassionate care. Currently looking for part time MA who can work from 7.30-4.30 (with 1 hr lunch) 3 days a week. Opportunity for health benefit enrolment after 3 months of employment.
