Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8 am
- 5 pm (Hybrid
- 2 days onsite and 3 days remote)
Pay Range:
$25.00- $32.

This isn't a typical admin role. You'll act as the right hand to the Medical Director , ensuring clinical priorities turn into action across multiple sites. You'll be the connector, organizer, and follow-through driver that keeps everything running smoothly.What You'll Get:

Executive & Operational Support Manage complex scheduling across clinical, operations, and vendor teams Prepare agendas, materials, and briefing documents Optimize the Medical Director's time and priorities Meetings & Execution Capture clear notes, decisions, and action items Track deliverables and hold stakeholders accountable Send summaries within 24 hours and keep projects moving Project & Workflow Coordination Support clinical initiatives, workflow improvements, and accreditation prep Maintain trackers, dashboards, and organized documentation Coordinate across multiple sites and departments Communication & Follow-Up Triage emails and flag urgent items Draft responses and ensure timely follow-through Act as liaison between clinical leadership and operations Compliance & Credentialing Track licenses, certifications, and CME deadlines Maintain ACR documentation and compliance calendars Assist with audit preparation and internal documentationWhat We're Looking For:
2+ years in healthcare admin, medical office, or executive assistant role Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Proficient in Microsoft Office + Google Workspace Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High level of discretion and professionalism Bonus Points Experience supporting a Medical Director or physician leader Familiarity with ACR, CME, credentialing, or compliance workflowsThe Bottom Line:
