Job Description
Greet patients, answer phones, and take messages in a professional and courteous manner Schedule appointments and patient follow-ups accurately Complete patient registration and prepare documents for the back office Complete patient disposition and ensure timely documentation Make follow-up appointments and send all necessary paperwork to appropriate parties File insurance forms and communicate with insurance companies regarding coverage questions Translate medical information and instructions for patients as needed Prepare examination rooms and ensure all supplies are stocked; place orders as necessary Assist physicians with procedures and examinations Take and record patient vitals, administer injections as directed Conduct lab testing following safety and accuracy protocols Perform additional duties as assigned by management or providers Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
